About the author
Alan Stuart Radley (1964-) was born in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, UK, to english parents, and he lives with his family in Blackpool, UK. Alan was educated at University College London, where he completed a doctorate in Physics, before working as Research Fellow and later as an inventor, technologist and writer in a variety of roles, and for the likes of the European Space Agency and NASA. Alan is a regular public and keynote speaker, and he has taught over 500 students on undergraduate and postgraduate courses in physics, astronomy and computing. Alan dedicates his time to educating people about the ethical, moral and spiritual dimensions of computers, systems and machines; in addition to writing regularly on topics such as fitness training and the healthy lifestyle.

There seems to be misplaced information. Elbow has its own chapter, followed by wrist and hand. But wrist and hand barely contains any direction on working them out. Instead, there are many pages of elbow in wrist in hand. I assume that mix up should not have happened.
