Alan Radley has written a comprehensive book on the workout and strength training routines followed by the legendary martial artist and Hollywood actor Bruce Lee. Throughout the 1960s and 1970s, Bruce developed a thoughtful approach to his physical conditioning—employing all available methods; including isometric, dynamic and even electric stimulation exercises; using free-weights and machines, combined with martial-arts movements, flexibility and cardiovascular training etc.Bruce possessed a fantastic physique in which every single one of his muscles was superbly developed, plus he had an amazing physicality and athletic movement capability possessed by almost no other martial-artist of his time (or today). Lee’s muscular physique was no accident. He employed a systematic approach to physical conditioning; including use of special exercises and diet, plus advanced strength training techniques. And it’s all here, including a comprehensive break-down of Lee’s personal workout philosophy, strength attainment principles, exercises, routines etc. Both men and women can use Bruce Lee’s Strength Workout For Muscles Of Steel to meet their fitness goals. The how and why of Lee’s training is explained in greater detail than ever before, and laid-out is a well-defined path to physical perfection.

It would help if the table of contents showed the page numbers for each chapter.

There seems to be misplaced information. Elbow has its own chapter, followed by wrist and hand. But wrist and hand barely contains any direction on working them out. Instead, there are many pages of elbow in wrist in hand. I assume that mix up should not have happened.

It's just pictures of Bruce Lee and random exercises that got picked on any bodybuilding book. For having studying this man for more than 10years, workout, martial trainings, his phylosophie. What you will see there is really basics you can find on internet. Few things used by Bruce Lee have to admit, but doesn't deserve to be N1. Really disappointed, poor Bruce lee ,Dan inosanto and mitoshi Uyehara.

I haven't completed reading this book but from the first few papers this book is a number 1. No wonder why it's rated #1 International best seller. This is my second version because the previous one juice fell on it and destroyed it. The first version never had that #1 International best seller so you can see how great the book really is.
